In 1995, Bill Stoller planted 10 acres each of pinot noir and chardonnay on his family’s farm, utilizing the most current and innovative vineyard techniques to maximize the grape’s quality. Today, in addition to their signature varieties, the vineyard also grows pinot gris, Riesling, tempranillo, syrah and pinot blanc. The LEED Gold and LIVE certified winery combines progressive, environmentally friendly design with gentle, traditional winemaking practices, making them one of the premiere sustainable wineries in the Pacific Northwest and the first LEED Gold Certified winery in the world.
Field & Vine is thrilled to host Chef Pascal Chureau with an expertly prepared six-seven course wine dinner at this local treasure, along with the decadent and indulgent single-origin artisan chocolate from Pitch Dark Chocolate.
This dinner benefits Farmers Ending Hunger, a non-profit organization committed to fighting hunger in local communities.
